Finding the name of your product?

Panda offer three retail security products:

  • Panda Global Protection (New)
  • Panda Internet Security (was Platinum)
  • Panda Antivirus Pro (was Antivirus, Antivirus+Firewall or Titanium)

If you purchased a boxed product originally, then the box or CD will clearly display the name of the product.

If not, using a PC with the software you purchased installed on it:

  1. Double-click the security software icon. this can be found with the other icons next to your computer's clock in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  2. The product will now open, and you should clearly see the name of your product.

Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your product, simply select the product that you wish to upgrade to, instead of your own product's name. You will be sent instructions on how to download the latest version.

Note: Product downgrades are not possible. We suggest you purchase a brand new version, if you wish to downgrade your product, visit www.pandasoftware.co.uk.
